HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A KIT TO BE READY?

As every kit is hand-packed with care, please allow us between 1-3 working days to prepare your order once it has been placed. You will be notified by email when it has been shipped out. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE KIT TO REACH ME ONCE IT IS SHIPPED OUT?

Once the kits are shipped out, you will receive it on the same day of shipping. This is to ensure that you receive the items in the freshest state possible. 

ARE THERE EXPIRATION DATES FOR THE KITS?

As no preservatives and additives are added in the cocktail ingredients, the kit should be used within 2 to 5 days (with refrigeration) from receiving. Vacuum seal packs are used for all fresh ingredients to extend its shelf life, but they are still perishable foods so please do consume them as soon as possible! :)

**Please note that Mojito Cocktail Kits are to be consumed within 2 days.

I WANT TO SEND THIS GIFT TO A SPECIAL SOMEONE, CAN I HAVE ANY CUSTOMISATIONS?

Every kit will include the name(s) of the recipient. On top of that, we also offer a free well-wishes card with your own personal message for mix and match kits!

WHAT IF THE INGREDIENTS HAS TURNED BAD WHEN I RECEIVED MY KIT?

We take pride in using only natural ingredients in our cocktails and all consumables are hand-picked and packed fresh prior to delivery in a SFA approved premise. However, in the case of such incidents, just take a photo of the item and we will be happy to replace your kit immediately.

IS THERE A MINIMUM SPENDING?

No there is not! However, there will be a delivery charge of S$12 for orders below S$120. Orders above S$120 are entitled to free delivery.

WHAT KIND OF DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU HAVE?

We provide standard express courier which delivers on the same day your order is sent out. We also offer self-pickup strictly by appointment basis only.

DO YOU OFFER MULTIPLE DELIVERY LOCATIONS PER ORDER?

No, we do not. Each order is only entitled to one delivery location. If you wish to deliver to more than one location, please make a new order. 

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER. CAN I ARRANGE A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE FOR MY KIT?

Yes you can! Just contact us via the 'Contact Us' page or WhatsApp on the same day and we will assist you with the change of delivery dates. Do note that rushed orders might incur additional charges.

I HAVE CERTAIN FOOD ALLERGIES, CAN I STILL PURCHASE THE KITS?

Yes, you can! Just key in what allergies you have at the checkout page and we will replace the items with similar alternatives, 

WILL WE KNOW WHAT FOOD PAIRINGS ARE GIVEN?

No. All food pairings are seasonal and on a rotational basis. But rest assured that all food pairings are carefully selected according to the taste profiles of the selected cocktails that will enhance your drinking experience for sure.

CAN I MAKE AMENDMENTS TO ANY PART OF MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?

Any change in the order must be communicated to us on the same day of order confirmation. If outside of this timeline, we cannot guarantee the change.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?

The courier will contact you if you are not in and leave the kit at your preferred area outside your house.

WHAT IF THE ADDRESS I ENTERED IS WRONG?

Notify us on the same day of order confirmation and we will update the delivery location! 

**Please double check your listed address in the Order Confirmation Email as only one delivery trip will be made per payment.

CAN WE ORDER KITS OR COCKTAIL MAKING SETS FOR CORPORATE EVENTS?

Yes, you can! Please contact us at thecocktailblueprint@gmail.com for more information. Do note that for corporate orders there will be a minimum order value of S$2500.

DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY OUT OF SINGAPORE?

Sorry but we only deliver to Singapore Main Island and Sentosa Island as of now!

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 2 days from receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we only offer one replacement per consumer.
